1 Corinthians 9:24-26 NLT – Don’t you realize that in a race everyone wins, but only on person gets the prize? So run to win! All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadow boxing.
Welcome to When She Speaks – A place where faith meets purpose, and every word is meant to build, uplift and unite.
This blog marks the beginning of something special. Not just a new site, but a movement – a call to live life on purpose.
For years, I knew what it felt like to work hard; but without clear direction. To hold positions of leadership; both at work and in ministry; carry responsibility and still wonder…Is this what I was created for?
But God, in His grace, began to reveal that I wasn’t meant to live aimlessly. Neither are you. Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians 9 remind us: We are in a race; and it’s time to run with focus, intention, and discipline. Not chasing applause. Not comparing lanes. But pursuing God’s tailor-made purpose for you.
Living on Purpose means:
*Knowing who sent you and why you’re here.
*It means being stretched to live at your best; getting off the hamster wheel of life.
*It means refusing to live on auto pilot and choosing to live aligned with God’s Kingdom purpose and plan.
And it starts with a decision: I will run with purpose in every step. I will run to win.
In this blog you’ll find encouragement, resources, and real conversations about walking out your faith, using your voice, and stepping into the assignment God has placed on your life.
This is your season to live on purpose – and I’m here to walk with you.
Let’s run our race – with purpose in every step.
In purpose & faith,
Tressa
